2024 Theme: “Becoming One – Impeded Body, Augmented Body, Social Body”
The body is an adventure. A complex of sensations and perceptions, it defines our relationship to the world and to others. Aesthetics and social codes regulate it. Sport transcends it. And technology transcends it… For one week, around twenty participants, supervised by researcher/artist pairs, will question the contemporary body and its relationship to the social body, inventing a temporary program—artistic installations, performances, interactive workshops—to open and share this sensitive and creative debate over a weekend. The 2024 edition will question the body, its perceptive relationships with its environment, the boundaries between the artificial and the living, and our new ecosystem with technology. Five programs will be designed to create an exhibition punctuated by performance lectures. This will provide awareness and mediation to experience and reflect.
