A solution to the problem of the scarcity of Time

Jean-Marc Chomaz

This work explores the various questions surrounding the perception of time from a scientific and sensitive point of view: causality, irreversibility, entropy. The drops of water seem to appear between the two lights and rise in the upper part of the device which resembles a modern laboratory machine and descend in the lower part. This double movement gives the illusion of creation of time between the two lights. This solution to the problem of the rarefaction of time stages a cosmological cataclysm where time stops. This singularity of Time-Space is much more radical than that which we call Anthropocene and questions the anthropocentrism of the latter where men are both the problem and the solution. The narration of the catastrophe implied in the Anthropocene which prevents us from projecting ourselves into the thought of a shared future and broadening the field towards a cosmological cataclysm shifts the gaze.
